Same day delivery if ordered before 4pm, if ordered after 4pm it will be delivered the following day.

International Delivery – £15.00

This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

RETURNS

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in any original packaging.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Should an item be defective, please let us know within 28 days and then on receipt of the item we will immediately issue you a refund.  Alternatively, we can exchange the item if requested.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and once we have accepted the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
